Custom Webshops

I use Joomla 1.5.X with the Virtuemart addon to create robust webshops. I have written custom payment methods to support the Redirect online credit card transaction system of all (currently) supporting banks in Greece. These are (at the moment of writting) EurobanK EFG, Winbank, Marfin Egnatia, Emporiki Bank, and National Bank Of Greece.

2011	politeianet.gr Official website for the online webshop of Politeia Bookstore. The site is fully functional WebShop based on Joomla 1.5 with the addition of the VirtueMart Component. A connection with an external online bank transaction system has also been implemented so that online credit card transactions could be provided. The website was initially based on SingularLogic's Webshop product using SingularLogic Enterprise as a back-office application. The synchronization between the ERP and Virtuemart was handled by SingularLogic's Synchronizer application. Due to flexibility and performance issues the synchronizer has been replaced by a custom written application (in C#.NET) which used web services to communicate with Virtuemart. 2011	pim.gr Official website for the most authoritative source of information on labor, social security and pension issues in Greece! The website also includes an online ordering system for the books, CDs and software applications the company produces.	Joomla 1.5 VirtueMart
2011	cinestore.gr Official website for the online CineStore company. The site is fully functional WebShop based on Joomla 1.5 with the addition of the VirtueMart Component. A connection with an external online bank transaction system has also been implemented so that online credit card transactions could be provided. 2010	paravalos.gr Official website for the Paravalos company. The site is fully functional WebShop based on Joomla 1.5 with the addition of the VirtueMart Component. A connection with an external online bank transaction system has also been implemented so that online credit card transactions could be provided. Given the specific type of business, many changes have been made to the VirtueMart template so that all the required functionality could be implemented. 2008	karate-shop.net This is the Web Shop of the World Karate Federation. This is also build using the opensource CMS Joomla and the Virtue Mart component, which has been enhanced to meet the customer's requirements. Art Design: Manos Nanos	HTML, Javascript PHP5, MySQL5

SingularLogic WebShop

In the year 2009 I implemented a "Webshop-in-a-box" service for SingularLogic S.A. based on the OpenSource CMS !Joomla. A couple of custom components and modules had to be implemented, along with an big extension of the VMConnector Web Service Library to allow connectivity with most SIngularLogic's applications (SEn, SEn4U, Business/Prime, Control, Orizontes and more...)

The Webshop has both B2C and B2B features, it comes with a full blown Synchronizer Application that takes care of uploading Items and Pricelists while trasnfering Customer Information and Online Invoices from the Website directly into the client's BackOffice Application.
